How long does the battery last?

Up to 30 days on a single charge with twice-daily use. A full recharge takes around four hours over the included USB cable.

Is it safe for sensitive gums?

Yes. The bristles are ultra-soft silicone rather than nylon, and the pressure sensor eases off automatically if you press too hard. If you have gum disease or have had recent dental surgery, check with your dentist first.

How often should I replace the brush head?

Every three months, or sooner if the bristles splay. Your kit includes three heads, so that covers your first nine months.

Can I use it in the shower?

Yes. It is rated IPX7, meaning it withstands full immersion in up to one metre of water for 30 minutes.

What is your returns policy?

Try it for 90 days. If you are not happy, contact us for a full refund — brush head used or not.

How long does delivery take?

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Does it come with a warranty?

Two years, covering the handle and motor against manufacturing defects. Register your device after purchase to activate it.
